材料		做法
芒果啫喱粉	1盒	將芒果啫喱粉及魚膠粉溶於熱水中。將蛋白質粉與凍脫脂奶混和。將1及2混和，隨個人喜好加入芒果粒。把3倒入模中，冷藏約兩小時至凝固。
魚膠粉	2湯匙
熱水	1杯
凍脫脂奶	1杯
芒果粒	適量
紐崔萊蛋白質粉	2匙

Ingredients
Mango jelly powder	1 pack
Gelatin	2 tablespoons
Hot water	1 cup
Cold skimmed milk	1 cup
Diced mango	optional
Nutrilite Protein	2 scoops

Method
Dissolve the mango jelly powder in the hot water and dissolve the gelatin. Dissolve the Nutrilite Protein in cold skimmed milk. Mix 1 and 2, adding mango puree if necessary. Pour the combined liquid into a container and refrigerate for two hours until set.
