問 胃部由蛋白質組成，但同時亦儲存了強力的蛋白消化酵素。那麼胃部如何在製造及儲存這些酵素的同時，卻不會破壞胃內的組織？
答 蛋白質和水混和後會形成一層保護黏膜，而胃部會大量製造這些黏膜，從而跟胃內的食物分隔開。蛋白質會定時修補胃壁的黏膜，防止胃酸破壞胃部組織而引致胃潰瘍或腸胃道出血，而胃壁細胞亦會每週更新，保持胃部強健。

  2. 將蛋白質粉與凍脫脂奶混和。

  3. 將1及2混和，隨個人喜好加入芒果粒。

  4. 把3倒入模中，冷藏約兩小時至凝固。

魚膠粉 2湯匙
熱水 1杯
凍脫脂奶 1杯
芒果粒 適量
紐崔萊蛋白質粉 2匙
Ingredients  
Mango jelly powder 1 pack
Gelatin 2 tablespoons
Hot water 1 cup
Cold skimmed milk 1 cup
Diced mango optional
Nutrilite Protein 2 scoops
   
Method  
  1. Dissolve the mango jelly powder in the hot water and dissolve the gelatin.
  2. Dissolve the Nutrilite Protein in cold skimmed milk.
  3. Mix 1 and 2, adding mango puree if necessary.
  4. Pour the combined liquid into a container and refrigerate for two hours until set.
